Current WBF World middleweight champion and WBO World ranked Les “Lock N Load” Sherrington will take on Japanese star Shigetaka Yonezawa on September 20 at Southport sharks on the Gold Coast for the WBC Asian Boxing Council middleweight title.
This is following news last week that the original opponent Manny Siaca had withdrawn with a severe heart condition, a development that left the September 20 card in jeapordy.
However team Lock N Load worked very hard to find a suitable opponent.
