I expected Marquez to eventually concede to VADA testing 6-7 weeks before the fight, which is exactly what Rigondeaux did against Donaire. That way if he was on PED's, he could cycle out in time. But now since Marquez is refusing VADA altogether, it makes him more su****ious than ever.

In this country, you can't accuse anyone of wrong-doing without proof and not expect a defamation suit. Only a positive test or witness testimony can bring down Marquez. And since the tests are not effective and Memo is keeping silent, Marquez can abuse the system and push it to the limit as long as the rules stay the same.

Even as a fan of Marquez, I believe he's on PED's. I agree about the cycling off at the right time so that there is no way to get caught when testing starts.
