No wonder Nike, Henessy, HP and many more they rather have Floyd endorsing their products worldwide than Pacquiao selling his own Lame Lotta Soda for 5 cents. Not to mention Floyd fellow Americans the Boxing Writers Association of America voted Floyd as FOTD. LMAO! Pac was exposed on US national TV as a coward and went to prison for beating women so he will never be like Kobe etc...poor comparison but a nice try.

Floyd couldn't sell out a Chinese restaurant in New York let alone a stadium in china. To the majority of informed Chinese Floyd is some black dude on tv whereas Manny is an Asian superstar athlete who is recognized as the hero of his nation.

You say Floyd is big in china.....yeah about that

Well going to sleep on the canvas pretty much means you are retired. Also I think that boxing will be just fine without Pac vs Marquez 5, Pac vs Bradley 2, or Pac vs Rios, is there anymore Bob Arum fighters left for Manny to fight....I mean rematch?? Maybe Bob can find Margarito and Clottey and make those rematches happen cause you know Manny has to fight each top rank fighter at least 3 times for it to stick.

I don't think many would argue against your original argument, that Floyd is more of a US-only attraction, whereas Manny is a global one. It's not really debatable - especially as Floyd is part of a culture that is really only seen and accepted in the US.

Of course Floyd earns more, as people spend more on Boxing in the US than most other countries in the world (I find US PPV prices crazy). Pacquiao could sell out stadiums in many more places around the world than Floyd could, certainly. Floyd earns more in the US and thus overall, Manny has the global appeal. Hardly debatable.

Just for the record, I hate this acceptance that Floyd would instantly be a massive attraction here in the UK without a British opponent. Floyd has never fought outside of the US, much like Andre Ward. If you think he can do this, it's merely a matter of opinion and should be respected as such, and nothing more.

They don't buy tickets over there , they give them away with chop sticks , Like Garcia said , the Chinese don't know sht about boxing , they just watch it .

Asia don't have too many superstars do they , it must be killing them to see this one turn out to be a fake that must fight LW losers to get a win on the board , talk about scraping the barrel .
