I dont like stuff like this. If you know that your fighter has a big fight coming up, why allow him to do physical things outside of camp?
Basketball is full body exercise, cool...only if you're prepping for a b-ball game. Silly stuff like an achilles injury or a nagging ankle sprain, can throw things off tremendously.
Even Cotto doing silly stuff before the Mayweather fight, like go cart riding and stuff.
If people see football players doing crazy physical stuff during the season, their agents get a call, and the player is told to sit their @sses down somewhere, so an injury wont occur.
If people are shelling out crazy money (travel, lodging, fight tickets, ppv buys) and a big fight is called off because of some nonsense, everybody's in a hole.
Gladly November is months away...hopefully he can run it off.Comment
