Did Floyd quit his sparring match?

So I just finished watching episode 1 of All Access, and up to the sparring session he said the only way they stop is if someone calls it quits.

After 21 minutes, the opponent appears to still be willing but then Mayweather said something like I dont want to hurt my hands for this.

Did he call a quit to the sparring session?

I thought he said, i wasn't even going hard, I gotta save my hands for the fight, or something along those lines.

The impression I got was that Floyd gave him a pretty good thrashing (the cameras were not permitted to show it), but did go easy on his knuckles, understandably.

The roly poly got the better of him, Floyd couldn't take it and ran out the doghouse.

I mean i dont think the opponent was winning or anything, but it seems like he could take a real beating, and he was also bigger.
