Two of them are All Time Great fighters and the other two are like maybe borderline Hall of Fame fighters.
    in a h2h fight, though.

Barrera never moved past 130 at all,, unless you count his ill fated comeback after retirement,, morales never got their till 07,, Jmm did move up and ko'd casamoyer who beat corrales 2 out of 3 times,,,,,
I think the delay in moving up was those guys arent really effective past 130, and they were making a killing fighting at featherwieght and superfeather,,, It wasnt like they were just fighting bums and unknown mandatories,, they were taking big fights,,,,,
and your right,, they probably werent in a hurry to fight the bigger lightweights that cut hella weight to make 135...

thats kinda a cheap way to look at things,,, its like saying why didnt floyd got to welter and 154 when forrest and winky were running things

Yes i agree,,, Castillo especially,,, he was a really great fighter,,, but he was a huge lightweight and size and strength helped him alot,, once he moved up he was nowhere near as effective...
JLC was def a great fighter, and you make the case that he was on the same level of the fab 4 at featherweight,
Corrales was not that good of a fighter,, huge puncher at lower weights, and exciting to watch, huge heart,, but criminally overrated in terms of skills,,, he was not that good of a boxer, hence why when he moved up he got beat and got beat alot by skillful fighters

Good question,, i think morales that fought chavez and famoso at 130 would probly get a close decision,,,,, Morales had the chin and the boxing skills to out box corrales over 12,,, but it would be a great fight,,, i think corrales would ko barrera at 130 and i think jmm would hit the deck vs corrales but get up and beat corrales and probably stop him late,,

Lets put Pacquiao in the ring at 135 with Castillo, Corales, Floyd, who wins?
Mayweather beats em all honestly. Floyd at 130 was superhuman. Ill tale Morales over Castillo. Corrales might beat Eric. I like Marquez over Castillo but idk with Morales. Dont get me wrong Eric and Juan could likely whip both. I don't know how Barrera would handle either.

Marquez, Morales,Barrera and Pacquiao waited for good reason to stay at 126 when corrales and Mayweather cleaned out 130...Mayweather was the best boxer and corrales was P4p one of the hardest punchers in the sport.....once they for to 135 they all moved up up to 130
.....Mayweather moved further north and by the time Morales, Marquez and Pacquiao fought at 135 or higher castllo and corrales we re non en******....IMO non of them was beating the physically gifted boxer puncher with a slick defense like Mayweather ,corrales and Castillo would have given them all he'll. PAC man would beat corrales who struggled with deft footwork and speed..

Barrera and Marquez were great combination punches but were there to be hit, Morales was a great all arounder probably even money.Castillo beats Barrera, Marquez had a shot but man he would get busted up or wire down,Morales could be drawn into a war which he would lose....many had the best shot beating Castillo and corrales, the boxer puncher Mayweather at 130 clearly beats him at 130

i think floyd thinks erik will give him problems, if not beat him.....

erik's jabs are so mean in his heydays and surely will be a very good platform for dealing with floyd.....
