His team held a press conference when he got into America to train. One conference, about 25 minutes long, and Boxingscene is splitting different quotes up into different articles.

Its amazing some of the post I read here...ppl always assume things...All this articles writing about Matthysse not just on Boxingscene but other websites come from one night interview but somehow all haters come out and start saying that he talks to much !!!! ever thought that maybe Matthysse has more media coverage than Garcia ?

Matthysse has been running his mouth a lot. I think this fight is huge for him and the pressure is on him to perform dominantly. He's going to lose. Not confident with all of his chatter. Dude didn't even want to see Danny face to face in a mini promotional tour but yet Garcia is the one afraid to get KO'd. I just don't see the logic.

This is an old, two line reply he gave weeks ago when asked about Danny's father talking crap about him and what did he think about that. The quoted part was his reply to that question. He doesnt think much of Danny let alone his old man, so he's not rambling like a fool like camp Garcia does. If anything, the question he replies to he does out of respect to the press and Golden Boy, not because he likes talking much, which he said several times he doesnt.
