Of course he's going to hype his product up. He's not a shill because we openly know he's the man at GBP. Shills wear civilian clothing.

That's English language, actually. Adjectives of nationality and languages are always capitalized, without exception. (I have taught Language Arts for years, by the way.)

And as far as the definition of "shill", here you go from Merriam-Webster: shill - "one who makes a sales pitch or serves as a promoter"
