Usually pro fighters respect each when sparring before a fight, they try not to go at it like two unsupervised high school kids.

Both fighters are facing guys unlike each other but when an opportunity to spar an elite level guy in their respective class it's nothing but good providing its kept professional and as a learning experience. Matthysse is a real level headed guy I'm sure this type of sparring will inspire him to learn what he can from Bradley and vice verse this could help with discipline for Bradley who shouldnt be in fire fights when he has the skills he does. Awesome sparring

why are you comparing Matthysse to Provodnikov? night and day difference between the two. lucas would box ruslan's ears off and most likely stop him in 6-7 rounds

Why is this? Bradley is a superior boxer compared to Zab Judah and Devon Alexander. I still think Garcia is going to win this fight and Lucas, while I like him is just not good at handling really good defensive fighters. He gets frustrated way too easily. Garcia has really good punching power too, the exchanges could get ugly for Lucas real quick.

There are really good defensive fighters, then there is the complete opposite. Garcia is in the complete opposite category. What in the world are you on about?

LOL! I see what you did there.

I think Garcia isn't getting the credit he deserves, he's a damn good fighter and his last fight with Zab Judah, he had problems but I don't think this is some cake-walk for Lucas that the NSB forum wants to make it out to be.

They should really tape this and sell it online. I'd be willing to shell out some money to see it, especially considering a real fight between them will never happen. Both benefit from this, however I don't think it's too applicable for eithers next fight. It's not a bad thing for either guy, but Matthysse is nothing like JMM, and Bradley isn't really like Garcia.
