He said if the fight vs Wlad is going to be some time in April or May next year, he'd prefer if he gets another fight probably by the end of the year before the Klitchko fight, because he thinks it's a long time to be inactive and he wasn't happy with his last 11 months being inactive and waiting for an opponent.

I am not very familiar with IBF and their rules... so can you tell me if they'd allow such a fight without him losing his mandatory spot? Has this ever happened before? And if it is possible... Who do you think would be a good fight for him in preparation for Klitchko?

He should sign to fight Klitschko now then fake an injury 20 times in camp ala David Haye and milk it as long as possible hoping Klitschko gets old. Cus he ****ing sucks and Klitschko would murder him.

Sigh... who is he going to fight to get him ready for a Klitschko? No one. Just fight Wlad and show up like you want it. If activity is the only issue then that's understandable as nearly a year is far too long without a fight.

I think now that he's established himself as the IBF mandatory, with their permission he can have a stay active fight. But it wouldn't be against a top opponent.

So he's just saying IF the fight isn't until April or May he wants another fight first? Wlad wants to fight a third time this year in december so that might actually happen next for both of them unless Povetkin pulls a rabbit out of a hat he been keeping in his rectum for the last few years and beats Wlad. If it's not till next year I wish he would fight again before Wlad too. I wanted to see him do like he wanted before and defend the euro belt in his home town but the IBF were busy going full ****** on him and he couldn't
