Froch.

Froch had the flu going into the fight.

Not to mention Froch is significantly improved while Ward has stagnated.

Ward is much younger and he beat Froch without much trouble before. I can't think of a reason why Froch would win a rematch. I would like Froch to win because I don't like Ward but Ward is too good for Froch to beat in my opinion.
