Canelo will come in at 154

No way does Canelo come in at 154lb, if he was an independent thinking maverick I'd say he might but he is a product being fed to the Mayweather farm to make money. Canelo knows that, Oscar knows that, Floyd knows that, Senior knows that, Roger knows that, boxing journalists know that, boxer's not on GBP payrolls know that. Canelo has one good win against Trout, heck the guy struggled against a middle aged man and a teency, weency light welter.

If Canelo does say *** u and comes in at 154 I'd love it but it ain't happening so shut up with all the wishful thinking.

Oscar and his buddies will help Canelo out imo in regards to those fines, Canelo has the potential to be a serious cash cow, Oscar still hates Floyd's guts and he's desperate for Canelo to whip him, if Canelo weighs in at 154 and pays the fine it will be a big mental blow for Mayweather, and team Canelo are looking to take advantage.

If the fine isn't gigantic I think he should come in at 154, but I mean even coming in at 153 or 153.5 or something might make a difference having to shed that last extra pound and a bit could be tough. basically he should come in at what he is comfortable at ... if he has to drain he shouldn't do it (unless as I said the fine is so crazy as to make it financially not doable)

I am a big Canelo fan and I bet cash on him to win. I don't think he will break the contract. I think Canelo is a man of his word and will make 152 and win the fight. Floyd might be able to call off the fight if Canelo is over weight. I am not sure on that part.

It might happen. I find it strange that Floyd asked for the catchweight - definitely a sign he's not sure he can beat Canelo, mainly because of the size advantage. If Canelo comes in at 154 and beats him, Floyd will have the excuse that he was training for a 152 fight not 154.

This fight does seem strange to me, it's almost like it's setup for Floyd to lose and then to have an even more lucrative money-spinning rematch. The truth is Floyd doesn't need to retire undefeated with the amount of money he's now got guaranteed with Showtime, and the fact the Megafight with Pacquiao is no longer as lucrative as it once was.

If Canelo was a natural 147 pound fighter I'd give him no shot against Floyd, but Canelo is a big 154 pounder and still growing, his size and power is something Floyd hasn't actually faced before.

Its the first time Canelo has had expert nutrition and strength coaches , first time training at high altitude , and its one pound south of what he weighed-in last time , 152 might turn out a better Canelo and actually blow up in Floyds face , the auto assumption that Canelo is drained is pure ignorance to training and boxing , but then again we are in NBS the home of the boxing ignorant where anything flys .
