I've never seen Hiroyuki Hisataka, but Japanese fighters always seem to bring it. Looks like he beat the guy who upset Pongsaklek Wonjongkam and he's ranked #12 on boxrec.

The japanese dude is bending head below his waist a lot though. Don't know why he's doing that as the tall fighter.
