    Kubrat Pulev is no disappointment.

He looked very good from rounds 4 to 12, after he shook off the ring rust and adjusted to Thompson's awkward southpaw style.

Lets hope it was ring rust. Pulev barely threw combos and Tony does have a very awkward spoiling style

You gave the first 3 rounds to Pulev in the RBR thread your opinion is worthless.

Wasn't spectacular and Pulev clearly isn't comfortable or as effective against southpaws but winning a wide 8-4 or 9-3 fight and being able to make the adjustments to win against a very solid and tricky Thompson is impressive. Kubrat showed a solid chin too when TT landed clean he didn;t even blink.

He won quite comfortably in the end and seemed to think his way through that fight.

He looked like he was going to be outboxed for the duration after the first three rounds.

He is a top heavyweight. He and Chisora would have been a much more exciting fight though.

I guess there's no clear successor to the Klitschko's now. I feel a bit disappointed in Pulev, i thought he'd be great. Thompson could have won this had he had his killer instinct, but he didn't, and Pulev looked just a little bit better...
TT came in way too heavy. ****** move. he may have won had he came into the fight in the same condition as when he fought wlad. I had a feeling hed gas out when they announced his weight
