How many have been put to sleep, literally put to sleep, and had a year layoff

if floyd or froch or ward got put out and sent to dreamland, do you think they would turn around and fight some top elite guy.....

Your missing the point , no need to fight losers that's just baring your ass to boxing , the thread topic is about bad match making , and he is now fighting A) a loser , B) a smaller division loser , C ) Roach admitted the only reason they chose Rios is to make Manny look good .

He could have fought Alvarez , or at least a WW , saying he wanted Bradley and Juan when it suited him is just a cop out , he wasn't there when they wanted it .

Its not too much at all for fighter of the decade .

Even this Rios fight has underhanded motives behind it , the idea is so Manny can get a big KO to shoe horn himself into a big cash out fight , so in other words sneak in the back door whip a duck and talk big about wanting a mega fight with the best of the back of a B grader , Arum is pulling the strings and Arum don't give a fck about anything but his own pockets .

You want him to fight alveraz,,, floyd is on a 44 fight win streak and wants canelo at a CW, but you think manny should fight him coming off a year layoff and a nap in his last fight.....

Rios is coming up in weight, so what,, you act like manny is this big natural welter, when he is the same size as manny

You can complain about the mosely and margs fights, thats legit,,, but that was a winning manny,,, not manny that had been put to sleep and year layoff,, i think manny-rios is a great action fight,,, and will really tell where manny is at mentally and physically

- Hatton - 1 fight at WW (King at 140 but Floyd fights him at 147)
- Marquez - 0 fights at JWW and WW (year before was fighting at 130 )
- Sharmba -1 fight against a noname
- Ortiz - 1 fight at WW (against Berto - everyone can get thru his defense)
- Guerrero - 2 fight at WW (against Berto - everyone can get thru his defense)

- Khan - 0 fights at WW was supposed to be Floyd's next opponent last year but Garcia saved us from that. Floyd's team and GB is still pushing for this.
