As the Oct. 12 Tim Bradley-Juan Manuel Marquez pay per view showdown approaches us, there is some noticeable tension in the air.

A visibly discouraged Bradley spoke on his concerns with me earlier this month pertaining to the drug testing protocols that are being used in advance of the bout.

While initially seeking to have either VADA or USADA drug testing enforced, Bradley was thrown for a loop when he discovered that his promoter and Top Rank CEO Bob Arum instead had plans of using a third party agency in cooperation with the Nevada State Athletic Commission to oversee the testing.

Bradley initially mentioned that he would consider walking away from the fight if VADA or USADA weren’t involved, citing his contract that stated either party needed to be used in conjunction with the fight. [Click Here To Read More]

These guys should be a lot more grateful that they are on HBO, getting paid huge money, and getting huge fights...

Let's recap of how "bad" Bradley has had it since coming to HBO...

He gets Joel Casamayor on Pac-Marquez undercard. Then he gets Pacquiao in a PPV event in June 2012. Then he gets Provodnikov on HBO 2013, now he's getting Marquez is another PPV on HBO.

His purses for those fights has also been very good.

Why are they crying? Suck it up and win your fights.

Bob wants Timmy to lose because Bob loves rematches, its an easy way to keep his in house machine going. How else do you explain Pacquiao fighting Marquez 4 times and now demanding a 5th? Or trying to secure a rematch with Cotto, a guy he already beat.
