If this is a comparison to Mayweather this Julio isn't even close. However, I think Pacquiao has enough skills to deal with any style. It looked like this was more his prime than even 07-10. One of the few flaws I've seen with Pacquiao is his lack of defense. For him to be that good he gets hit way too much.

lol not even close, this wasnt created to compare Julio to Floyd, it was created to show that manny can and does do well against boxers or fighters that moves a lot. PAC haters like to believe the myth that manny doesn't do well with boxers but the only guy who ever gave PAC problem was Marquez. And look at how many chances Marquez got.

I see guys like this all the time. they keep saying he gets hit way too much? this is boxing everyone gets hit unless they just cover up and hit you when they know they can get a clean one in and not take chances. He sure as hell didn't get hit that much against a technician in Julio, also against ledwaba, when Pac was younger he was an inside phoneboth brawler, later he started using his footwork to get in and out. Pac didn't even get hit much against a younger prime Tim Bradley, Pac is pretty versatile when he wants to be as seen in the Diaz and De La Hoya fights, I just think he no longer has the focus and gets bored and wants to finish fighters early and call it a night.

Different style. Marquez is a guy who gets hit a lot and will exchange quick accurate punches in a brawl. He is more of a counter puncher who doesn't rely on defense but offensive punching. JMM never blocks punches or covers up he is no slickster more of a matador. has JMM ever blocked or clinched in his fights?

JMM and Manny have gelled to put on one great show after another, probably the best rivalry in modern boxing. Both men are equally matched, only haters say Manny lost very fight clearly and only idiots would think JMM didn't at least win one before the 4th, imo that was the 3rd fight, with the other two going to Pac.

Almost all great fighters have equally great rivals...the ones willing to fight the best anyway. Ali and Frazier and Norton AND Foreman, Robinson had LaMotta, Basilio and at least a couple others. It happens, there are some guys who give you immense trouble. Guys you beat and just can't put away.
