Shameful to see so many attempts to redirect this thread with Mayweather insults, etc. The answer is simple, most people thought PAC would win! To be fair though Pac did give Marquez several rematches when he really didn't have to.

Marquez is almost 40 and if he retired after fighting Bradley I'd have no problem with it, however if Marquez continues to fight on then he should give Pac another shot.

Pac didnt have have to rematch Marquez? Did you not notice the mass amounts of people that had Marquez winning their bouts? There were 4 fights for a reason, the 4th is the one that settled it once and for all. Pac won narrow, widely disputed decisions, Marquez put Pac to sleep in the 4th. Its done, its over.

Yeah they both said it would be the final chapter. I don't blame Pacquiao for wanting another go, that's a fighter's pride right there, but his fans need to ask themselves whether a 5th fight is logical and needs to happen or they're just frustrated because their guy lost.

both guys spent whatever they had left in the 4th fight

Stick to the topic...why were people ok with it being the last fight?? Because it fit there agenda, they felt that Pac would win by score cards again or KO.
But when it was Manny laying face down they all of a sudden changed their mind.
