Because they're not really box fans. They are ****s that have a crush on guys like Garcia or Broner and they lose touch with reality.
You talk to them about boxing, and they come out with stuff like "But Danny has pretty eyes!". That's why "losing the 0" is such a big deal for them. Its lik elosing thier cherry, they almost make it a sexual thing while a real worrior just shrugs off the dust and goes back to training thinking of the next fight.
