With a punchers luck yes. But overall no.
I know that a one hitter quitter could catch ANYONE

I highly doubt it, but I'm keeping an open mind to the possibility Mayweather slows enough by next year to make the chance of that Matthysse knockout shot more possible.Comment

Intelligent pressure has worked in the past. What are fighters supposed to do, sit in front of him and box? How has that worked for anyone that fights Floyd?Comment

Lucas is awesome, but Floyd would toy with him. A pure counter puncher will eat him alive. Even little Soto was getting to him at times.
Lucas will always have success with guys who have defensive issues, but Floyd is on another level compared to anyone defensively. Matthysse fights so hard, but for anyone to beat floyd, they will need to have another dynamic. They will need nearly the complete package themselves, and Matthysse, for all his pluses, Still Lacks Defense and only really knows one mode, attackComment

Nah, his best chance would be to concede the rounds, because he's not going to land more clean punches in a round than Mayweather, and go to the body, go to the body, go to the body, trying to wear Mayweather down. That's his chance, and it's tough to see him successfully doing it unless Mayweather loses a step.Comment
