This is a video of him starting his early training for the Rios fight shot yesterday. Not a good look man, His punches have no more pop, no power on them, he won't be able to hurt Rios, Rios will take those punches easy and just press him hard with his double guard pressure and than unleash a barrage of upper cuts to pacman and body punches and than rios will close his guard again and move forward while Pacman runs away trying to counter only to gas out

He isn't as physically great as he was 4 years ago, but he has excellent hand speed still in combinations, they flow well still.
