Mechanics look good, power is still there. We'll see when he's in shape.

He looks good to me, I expect more improvement once Roach is in the picture and Pac starts sparring.

This is a video of him starting his early training for the Rios fight shot yesterday. Not a good look man, His punches have no more pop, no power on them, he won't be able to hurt Rios, Rios will take those punches easy and just press him hard with his double guard pressure and than unleash a barrage of upper cuts to pacman and body punches and than rios will close his guard again and move forward while Pacman runs away trying to counter only to gas out

        He's missing those Ariza shakes

Anyone notice that they were watching Pacquiao-Marquez 4 on the big screen? I admire his willingness to watch that gruesome ending and not let it get to him.

He actually looks good to me in that video.

He looks ready to go, ready to put some work in. Of course he's not in his physical prime anymore but he was born to fight.

Yeah, the fight is how many months away? Dude isn't even in real camp yet and he looks fine. He's not going 100%. This dumb drama **** is for girls.

He isn't as physically great as he was 4 years ago, but he has excellent hand speed still in combinations, they flow well still.
