This is where people need to stop generalizing. While I agree Arum doesnt seem to have any interest in Rigo and it sucks...the man has delivered excellent fights this year and has a history.

To choose sides like this for networks and promoters is kind of ridiculous. Why should we care? i just want fights. Anything else stinks a bit of casual posers.

It's a damn shame one of the top fighters in the sport is treated like this.

mak kellerman and jim lampley are high on rigondeaux , on saturday they said rigo had demolished "run for your eye " ducknaire and that rigo wAS THE KING PING AT 122 . HBO ALLOWED RIGO TO FIGHT IN CANADA , AGAINST CRHIS AVALOS , IN THE STEVENSON UNDERCARD , RIGO SAID NO TO THIS FIGHT AS BOB ARUM VIOLATED THE CONTRACT BY NOT GIVING HIM 10 WEEKS NOTICE , AS PER CONTRACT . BOB ARUM IS BEHIND ALL THIS , AT LEAST HBO COMMENTATORS TALK GOOD ABOUT RIGO , DONT KNOW ABOUT THE EXECUTIVES .

Give Agbeko Rigo's number! he got mad at you guys kept asking about would you like to fight him or him he was like listen " Listen ANYBODY i dont give two ****s who it is " lol and if there is one guy who can honestly say that is him he made Bob put his fight w Donaire in his contract to sign with 12 fights so after beating the best so easily he is one of the few boxers in the sport who can honestly say he will fight anyone at his weight and you can actually believe it, wish he was couple inches taller so he could move up.

Even though Rigondeaux is not a fighter I enjoy watching as much as some of the toe to toe warrior types, he is one of the best boxers technical wise in the world today. He beat Donaire(Actually dominated him) and should be in the drivers seat instead of being passed over and disrespected. He has a legitimate complaint and it really sucks. Personally I would rather watch paint dry but there are many fans who like his type boxing, he is very good at what he does. Shame really..

                Bob Arum = The Devil

I can't wait til Rigondeaux's contract is up with Top Rank so he can go to Golden Boy. Showtime is truly ****ftting on HBO right now I must admit LOL.

He doesn't know what's going on??? Bull crap!!! He knows exactly why he's not getting fight dates. He's freaken boring!!! It's the same reason why his countryman Lara doesn't get too many fight dates.

The fact that this whole Promotional feud has been going on is because of Arum. Of course he puts together great fights. He has an amazing stable. However he's the reason we can't get some great fights. Boxing should be about the best facing the best, we shouldn't even have to think which fights are possible because of promotional beef. Hopefully Duboef takes over soon he's a lot more reasonable. Can you imagine had Ali and Norton been under the same circumstance as Donaire and Mares? A lot of our boxing history is lost because of promotional bullcrap.

It saddens me to hear Rigo talk like this. I can sense the frustration in his words. It's not like he's enjoying his time off. Guille knows his clock is ticking.
