Floyd-GGG is a joke, not happening
Pac-Floyd is now a joke, might still happen though
Floyd-Alexander is a joke, hope it doesn't happen
Floyd-Khan is ok, and Khan's the most lucrative name after Alvarez
Floyd will do that before he fights Lucas or Garcia

Floyd vs GGG or any of the middleweights, is not a fight that I want to see at all at this point, none of them deserve it. People always go too far. IF, and this is a big if, one middleweight cleans up the division and is the outright middleweight champion, like Martinez was recognised for a while, then you could say Floyd could go for that fight. But that would completely be his prerogative. It would be a super legacy enhancing fight and if he were to win, it would elevate him significantly in terms of his ATG status.

Kind of like Hagler vs Leonard, or De la Hoya was Hopkins. Floyd, if he wants to have a chance at breaking into the top 10 needs to have his 'no hoper' fights as I like to call them. When he is really back to the wall. But I don't see that fight yet, there isn't a real fearsome standout middleweight champion of the world. Someone like Winky Wright would have been perfect when he was near the top of the p4p list. But let's see if someone emerges. For my money, I'm not sure Floyd will ever challenge himself like that, maybe his attitude will change towards the end of his career, but I doubt it.

Ultimately he has done enough, for the fans, for everyone. But has he done enough for himself. That desire to do something incredible, unbelievable, unprecedented, has to come from within. Take SRL for example, he looked at Hagler and thought, "I can beat this guy" when no one else believed. Despite Floyds ability, I have always doubted whether he has had that kind of confidence. He has always struck me as someone who is very insecure because of his upbringing, and has never really realised just how good he is. You can tell this just from small things like the behaviour of his corner when he has a bad round, Ellerbe always comforts him, Roger comforts him. He has to be reassured, and I can almost guarantee its been the same in the past when he has picked certain opponents. That doesn't mean he's not great, just a fragile character, even if he's far from that in the ring,

GGG at 154. I respect Mayweather as a great fighter but I don't like him as a person and I would like to see him get KOed. I believe GGG would KO him at 154. Floyd would beat the other two fighters in my opinion.

Honestly, I'd still rather see May-Pac, although I think the Khan fight is very interesting. Floyd-GGG is ridiculous to be honest.

I said Floyd would beat the other two fighters but reading the thread again I see there are three other possible fighters he could fight. Floyd and Pacquiao will never fight but I would love to see that fight if it did happen and I would pick Floyd to win it. I think Alexander will easily beat Khan and Floyd would easily beat either Alexander or Khan.
