I like both of these guys. REALLY looking forward to this fight. But it's been a while since a guy has been jerked off in NSB the way Matthysse is now.

True...but I see it as healthy for a guy like Lucas to be a bit overjocked. He's the closest thing we have to a throwback that seems to favor the art more than the money. A guy that genuinely wants to fight the tough fights.

I for one am tired tired tired of Manny/Floyd fanboy lust and Lucas is a refreshing distraction.

I've read a lot of interviews with Matthysse in the Argentinian press by now and I'm a bit worried he might be a bit overconfident. He knows he has to be careful with Danny's left hook, but he ostensibly doesn't consider Danny that good and thinks he is going to KO him inside 6 rounds. Maybe he's right...

Matthysse has wanted Garcia for a while. He clearly sees something that makes him so confident and want the fight so bad. Most fans seem to see it as well, based on predictions so far.
