You don't have to like Mayweather to appreciate his skills. I'm sure Nacho isn't a fan of Mayweather but he knows he's a special fighter. When they asked Marquez about Mayweather before the 4th fight with Pacquiao. He could have easily picked Pacquiao over Mayweather. He probably has alot more respect for Pacquiao than he does for Mayweather but he gave an honest answer. I think the only time Mayweather will get his due from some is either by losing or retiring. Either way, he's the best fighter of this era... Like him or not.

Don't take it personal I didn't mean to be , just trying to highlight the difference between a fans point of view from that of an experienced hands on guy , many fans and about 20 fanboys groupies in this forum carry on about things that don't mean sht as too how good a fighter is , somebody needs to tell them its not a personality contest nor a popularity contest , if they are bias to a guys boxing ability because they don't like his demeanor then that's pure fanboy , if they don't like the persona but can see the ability and acknowledge it that's a boxing fan , if they see only the ring craft dedication and boxing iq and totally don't give a fck about their personality , that's experience .

Understanding training , fighting weights , the making weight
process , the mental side of boxing , the commitment they take etc , this is what I ment by understanding the game with all its politics and business influence and the journey a fighter takes to make it .

I doubt very much you could find a world class trainer that does not look at Floyd in awe , but you might find a couple that wont admit it publicly .
