no we won't, because you're wrong; Floyd clearly lost
neither guy ran over the other, both fights were close but clear
Castillo won the 1st, Floyd won the 2nd
judges got it wrong the 1st time, judges got it right the 1st time
Castillo didn't need a bat, he had body work, stamina, and workrate
that lone loss will be the only one, because nobody else can do it now
but it's still there, and everybody knows it
Everybody doesn't know it. Because I've scored that fight numerous times and always scored it a Floyd win or draw.
People need to open their eyes...if you wanna hate go ahead and hate, but ur watching history whether u like it or not. 17 years in the game, no losses and it's not even about his record, its about what he does in and out of the ring. He's born and bread to be a boxer, he's the EMBODIMENT of the sport you ppl claim to be a fan of, the fact that you can hate on him seriously reflects your credibility as a fan and your appreciation for the game.
His peers, fellow boxers and trainers, people who themselves are in pound for pound discussion, trainers who have worked with the greatest fighters in history, trainers who are training some of the greatest fighters of all time and active fighters today, reporters and analysts who have seen more fights than you can count and have been around to watch and interview and see the pioneers of our sport train and fight all tell you the same thing....THIS GUY IS DIFFERENT!
Canelo is a good fighter with great intangibles and he's got a chance at beating Floyd like half the other guys he's faced, don't get it mistaken. Nacho jokes about this bat ****, everyone has a chance at this level, but what sets Mayweather apart is his training and his ability to think and make adjustments that put these other dudes out of range.
Appreciate the art and science of boxing and if you're gonna hate then do your thing, but you're gonna look ****** in the end
Hoe does hating Floyd have anything to do with fan credibility?
Not everyone has to be a Floyd fan to be a fan of boxing.
I'm the first to admit that I like the post jail Floyd a whole **** load more than I like the old douchebag one but me not jocking him don't mean a damn thing.
I'll put it like this: Some people like the Astros and some the Browns.
That's just how it goes. Not everyone is a band wagon jumper.

When Roy was king, it was the same way.
Me thinks Adrien Broner had made Floyd a lot more "likeable" to those who's life doesn't revolve around hating Floyd.
Manny for the record said "I will fight Floyd Mayweather for less money" that's a fact and cannot be disputed. Afterward Floyd in response to what Manny said, personally offered Manny a 40 million payday, half up front in 48 hours with no PPV.
I will repeat because a lot of people like to bring up the 40 mil w/no PPV as an insult: It was a direct response to Manny saying I WILL FIGHT FOR LESS MONEY. But then Manny turned around and demanded 50-50 PPV.
fighting for less money doesnt mean zero ppv... or do you not see that?
they are both jerks. thats the truth. all you groupies on both sides need to shut up and deal with it.
ok thats all fine and dandy but again i ask....When did floyd ever say he would not give pac any ppv %? I have personally never seen a quote or article from him saying that specifically. And i agree that less money doesnt mean no ppv. But why didnt pac or arum or whoever try to negotiate something better. Who gets offered the highest purse of their career (and would have been the highest guaranteed purse in boxing history) just to turn it down and not even try to negotiate something better like 40 mill plus x% or 60 mill 30 upfront or anything? Everyone seems to get to this junction of 40 mil and stop there....maybe im buggin but the reason i ask is because i always thought of the 40 mill as mayweathers way to get a negotiation STARTED not end the fight. Why else would he go out of his way to call pac personally if Arum already said he wouldnt talk to Shaffuer and he had to build a stadium etc?
