At 126 Pacquiao was still very raw. Salvador had good technique, stamina, a solid punch, and was very strong. That's why he was such a handful for a beast like Wilfredo Gómez. At featherweight, I think Salvador would have had a very good chance of outpointing Pacquiao.

i think sanchez is a tad overrated, he had 2 good years in the sport, died very young so we will never know what would have happened as his career progressed. We know Manny hits harder, his power has traveled to 147lb.

I think Pacquiao is not only a more proven quantity but a greater overall fighter, I reckon he'd beat Sanchez 2 out of 3 times.

Salvador was on another level. Alecel where hebwasnt the only floyd and manny out there , he was one of many. It goes to show you sal had more competition. He was ATG before 23 yrs old . Sal was amazing and knlybgetting better.
Sal beats them both, with modern training and s/c coaches , im sure withbsals height he could move up and compete.
