Maybe you're right... but Arum doesn't and can't control where MannyP goes or wants to go. He is only under contract to promote his fights and try to make the most money for Pacquiao that he can.

What I really think is that he has a secret contract which holds MannyP in slavery or that permits or prevents him from appearing except where Arum wants him to............ and all the multi-millions he's managed to put in Pacquiao's pockets are just imaginary..... they really belong to Arum and he just let's Pacquaio hold them once in a while.....
