WBO lightweight champion Ricky Burns insists the impending birth of his first child will not distract him from his latest title defence.
The Coatbridge boxer and wife Amanda are due to become parents any day now but the excitement will not derail him from his fight against Raymundo Beltran at the SECC in Glasgow on September 7.
Burns said: "The baby is due at any time now but it's not been a distraction.
"Amanda was working until a couple of weeks ago and has only just gone on maternity leave really, the due date was last Friday so it could be any time now. [Click Here To Read More]
