Man, I was thinking the same thing. Not saying GGG shouldn't be considered the favorite in the fight, but they are talking like other fighters should fear him. Meanwhile, if a mfer doesnt fight him they say he is ducking! Gabe Rosado went 7 with him and was undersized. Kassim Ouma went 10 with him and was undersized, and old, and gave him some good rounds. But hey, boxing fans love knockouts. They get behind knockout artists, so it is to be expected. Even after they lose like Matthysse did vs Judah and Devon.

So lets buckle down and get ready for the same type of hype for Kovalev.

Word. GGG has a decorated amateur career. So does Steavens....Both heavy handed & not just brawlers. But Both so untested. GGG has faced ZERO opposition It sickens me how these guys go on & on about these fighters. It's just the state of the game I suppose. This dude fights no one but somehow leapfrogs to the #1 spot in people's minds. If he outclasses Martinez...Chavez ....& Quillen THEN he's the goods. As far as I'm concerned he has to run the gauntlet or else I'm not buying. But whatever...

LOL.... Step up, sign the fight... I love how these larger guys call out the smaller guys.... Like Andre Ward and Bernard Hopkins BOTH said.... you dont call out someone smaller than you, someone in a lighter weight class than you.... Sergio Martinez was always calling out Pacquaio and Mayweather....Stevens didn't have the punching power at 160 as he does with smaller guys at '54, so he moved down... Broner actually went UP in weight to avoid Gamboa, and found he needs to go back down to at least 140 because he didnt have the punching power to stop of all people Paulie Mags.... Stevens, you'll get lit UP by this 'smaller' guy, GGG. Then what will you have to say.

lol Stevens can't box for **** man, he is just a wild fighter. GGG faced Macklin, Proska, Ishishida and Rosado + Ouma. The biggest out of those names is Macklin, and sorry if you think he isn't good enough, but he came extremely close to beating Martinez and he beat Sturm.

One thing I don't understand is how blind fans are to a fighters technique and abilities. Do you not look at GGG when he fights or something? Check what he does and how he does it.
