Unbeaten Bronx junior lightweight Emanuel Gonzalez kept his “0” in the opener of the Golden Boy Promotions show at the Best Buy Theater in New York City, outpointing Alabama’s Michael Doyle over four fairly uneventful rounds.

Scores were 40-36 across the board for Gonzalez, now 12-0 with 7 KOs. He seemed to do better against Lorenzo than many other top middleweights did (first guy to stop him), I would definitely like to see him against Quillin now.
