but no need to retire.... a fighter fights....

    that's what he does.....

pacquiao could still make 100's of 1000's, if not millions fighting in places like Russia....
    lol,,, says james toney

Manny can afford to retire, well I mean he has so many fingers in so many pies he can move onto other things. . . I wouldn't like to see that happen though, he's been a formidable face in boxing and has helped pave the career for this generation.

Even if manny get's ko'd he will fight again,,,, He makes too much money for other people....
Who is going to finance his wife and brothers political careers,, or make the house payments,, or buy everyones food and cover everyones bills...

Manny gonna end up like holyfield, toney, roy, and countless other fighters who were great but then fought themselves into oblivion....

manny gets ko'd again,, he will probably sit out another year and then comeback vs scrubs,, win a few and then cashout again ala jones vs calzaghe

It will be a sad sight, but have been saying it for years,, we will see floyd-manny after both have suffered losses, they will be 40 yrs old, and they will fight because it will be there last possible big pay day,,,,,

Unless it was on a cut or something else like that he should retire. If Rios beats him fair and square then he is not the fighter he used to be and he should not keep fighting when he has lots of money and a future in politics.

              absolutely
the 4th piss drinker fight was Pac's last hurrah, he's a spent force
it's too bad he ended up getting stopped because he fought well
Rios only has a chance because Pac's so far gone, but that's big
if Pac loses here, he damn well better walk away
he actually shoulda stopped after the KO loss to piss drinker
got serious mixed feelings about this fight
glad to see Pac back, it can be an action fight
but Pac's over the hill and in serious jeopardy of hanging on too long

                  Manny Should Hang Them Up

If he loses, yes it would be a great idea not to fight again. Manny's fight purses would take a major hit. Besides, he would be a first ballet Hall of Famer 5 years from now.

i think any boxing fan knows that a prime Pacquiao would take out Rios in less than 3, but Pacman might not be the same n he will have a young guy that aint afraid of him, n his hungry for a big win since he lost to Alvarado

so yes Pacman needs to hang them if he cant beat Rios

Marquez made this fight a little interesting
