Pacquiao hasn't decline in my eyes, he was on his way to a KO victory himself before he got careless. A round or two later for sure. Marquez happy as hell he caught him before he got taken out. That 4th fight was a straight shoot-out. Haha! Both determined not to let it go the distance.

Would be nice to see if Pac still got his killer instinct. I see Pac tagging up Rios and Rios trying to tag back. Pac vs Margarito Version2

That made him a match-up nightmare for bigger, slower, and less skilled opponents. And while he was fighting the DLHs, Hattons, Cottos, and Margaritos of the world, he looked like superman. But once he was put in the ring with more technically sound fighters, the technical flaws in his game once again were exposed. Rios' style will play right into Pac's hands and I expect Pac to look awesome. If Rios beats Pac, that in my mind will justify the "Pacquaio decline" hogwash.
Absolutely well said Hitking, I agree. Another problem that will face Rios as he is a very hittable guy, is Manny's power, it will be the hardest he has ever been hit when Pacquiao cranks up the straight left or his sizzling hooks. As Shane Mosley said "I have never felt power like that in my career, it was like an explosion" and if you think back, the shot that SM went down on, was a glancing blow. Rios will back up for the first time in his career in this fight.

They want him to fight Alvarado.

I think Pac's power is a lil overrated. Don't get me wrong, he hits hard. But I personally don't put him in the class with say a Tito Trinidad, Tommy Hearns, a mike Tyson, George ForemanM or those type of guys that had that bone jarring, doesn't matter how good your chin is, they connect and you go power. For the most part throughout his career, Pac has stopped most guys on accumilation.

Don't you think Alvarado, or say a legitimate top 10 welterweight coming off a decent win would have been a better choice than a jr welterweight coming off a loss, to Alvarado?

How many stoppages does Pac have over 140 lbs? One...and in the 12th round at that. He has stopped zero people at WW in how many fights after that? He didn't carry anything up. Pac should probably win this but if it goes into the mid-late rounds Pac is going to take some serious punishment. I think people are writing off Rios and just doing the typical Pac **** riding. The only way a Pac win is impressive at all in this fight is if he flat out dominates and KO's Rios period. I hope Rios beats Pac's body until he collapses though.

                    War Bam Bam!!

This is a dangerous fight considering Pac is coming off a KTFO loss, plus the fact that Rios is being fed power pellets by Heredia
