When you feel fear and feel in danger you will do ANYTHING to survive. Including taking PEDs even if you don't drink alcohol.

There's several signs of PED use that you can see in both Danny Garcia and Broner.
The most clear giveaway is the sudden increase in mass. When people go "Wow, Danny's HUGE!" sure he is man, sure he is. Its called steroids. Anyone that ever set foot on a gym sees it right away.
When you see these guys with acne (Broner looks like a 14 year old nerd, full of pimples), the voice change, the mood swings and ranting, they are all signs of PEDs. These guys "stack" several drugs, take drugs like epitestosterone that hide the use of steroids.

One factor alone doesnt mean much, but the unusual muscle development, voice tone change, mood swings and violent rant, its all signs of what goes on behind scenes.

On the other hand you have a guy like Matthysse that looks dried up and small in comparison. Big surprsie, they dont have the violent temper, nervous look, change of voice tone, etc.

Remember: It was Team Garcia who has been refusing to fight unless testing is done. So basically, Marquez and Garcia will most likely never fight.
