    Barrera has an HBO date

on March 25. For those of you who know even a little bit about boxing, the sport and the business, you should then know that you can't get out of an HBO date, and those are set with a year of anticipation.

MAB told PacMan to fight him on March 25, which of course would have been nearly impossible, having only 2 and a half months to recover from the Morales fight.

Barrera can't get away from that date. He just can't. So let the fight happen in the last quarter of the year.

A summer date would be ideal, their second fight must happen and it better be sooner then later.

Barrera is fighting Jesus Chavez on March 25th and you can get out of an HBO date just ask Oscar Delahoya. He got out of his September date last year and his promotion company put on Barrera/Fana instead.

How well is Chavez's chin? I remember seeing him get knocked down from an Erik Morale's uppercut. How about before then? Any other times he's been knocked down or rocked badly? If not, I see Chavez as a big threat, especially for Barrera moving up because if he don't carry the weight weight well and becomes sluggish, he's gonna have a hard time stopping the nonstop punching of Chavez.

Chavez has only been down twice. Both of them came against Morales. He's only been stopped once against Mayweather after taking 9 rounds of punishment. Even then his cornermen are the ones who stopped the fight. He wanted to continue. Chavez will give Barrera hell and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he beat Barrera. I would actually favor Chavez over Barrera.
