Yes he's definitely more than $50k, but I guess they're taking in account he's on a losing streak, which he should of got the nod over Love, plus Rosado did lose to guerrero 2 years ago in a one sided fight.

chocolate fight was initially offered for September 30th on fox sports one. Probably clashed with a mnf game. Now that it's on ShowTime and the bhop undercard, they'll probably offer more

It's kind of interesting that Rosado has gained so much attention, despite being a journeyman. Unfortunately, that attention hasn't converted itself into dollars. This is probably the most noise Gabe will ever make, yet he himself has said he was offered only 50k to fight Quillin. That just sucks. But, when you think of it, how much could Pete be earning?

It's messed up that Rosado can't get a fight at 154. There he would actually hold some physical advantages over his opponents and could have some success. I still want to see him rematch Angulo. Quillin/Rosado is a good fight as well though. It should be entertaining as long as it lasts. Rosado is turning into another Josesito Lopez. He's always game but comes up short against the top fighters.
