I really hope it doesn't turn into a Gianluca Branco type fight. That was quite boring until Gatti bombed him in the 7th or 9th I think it was. Think Gatti is going to have major after effects from the Mayweather beating? What's the deal on this fight?

Apparently the guy is a bit of a two-fisted slugger, so it could be quite interesting. There's the same sort of buzz around him that there was around Torres before the Cotto fight, and we'd be lucky if it was half as good as that one.

Damgaard is a tough fighter, he's a pressure fighter and is obvioulsy aggressive.

i think that he is going to beat Gatti, he's the fresher of the two fighters, like Gatti he has some pop to his punches, he's the natural welterweight, and he's undefeated.

i would say that he has a real live chance to beat Gatti.

the only thing is, is that Gatti has been in high profile fights before and has more experience with this sort of thing.

that and the Gatti package, he never quits, when he can he'll find a way to win, and he has the most heart of any fighter ever.

Gatti can be a little sloppy in this fight, but Damgaard is going to have to fight a disciplined fight through and through.
one mistake and he could find himself being counted out...

but i'm picking Damgaard in this fight, i think that Gatti is in for a rough fight, rougher than most think.....

          What chances does he got?

          what does that mean?

if you meant "what chances does he have?".....then my answer is that this is a 50/50 fight and that Gatti will have to be very focussed and concentrated in order to emerge victorious!,,,Damgaard is a top tier fighter!

Don't expect Damgaard to be the fresher fighter. The wear and tear on that guy is excessive. He has looked SHOT for about three years now. He's had trouble with every NOBODY they've put in front of him.

Well, he could win the fight. Gatti's no spring chicken himself, and the move up might be too much for him. I'd go with Gatti, but anything can happen.

it's always nice to see an up and coming fighter risk his unblemished record
