silakh's only chance is if he can make chakhiev punch himself out and withstand his onslaught...I don't see him falling for that twice though
the loser of this fight has a lot of rebuilding to do...especially silakh...I'd rather see him rematch grachev now that he's shown a bit of vulnerability against rodriguezComment

Most people don't remember but Syllakh was originally supposed to fight Kovalev not Grachev but his cheap former promoter RJJ and Square Ring were offering lint and orange peels instead of money so Grachev was the replacement. Imagine how badly Kovalev would have slaughtered him.silakh's only chance is if he can make chakhiev punch himself out and withstand his onslaught...I don't see him falling for that twice though

its funny how Rakhim's team cant find a good come-back opponent but is picking on a guy who fights in light heavyweight...next time send an offer to fight Zab Judah at a catch weight..Silakh should stay in his weight division and recover from his loss....
And i also like how the author mentions "a sensational knock out loss" to Russian Denis Grachev, but does not say that Russian Rakhim was "sensationally" stopped by a Polish guy after three knockdowns...cmon be fair !!!!!!!!!!Comment

Bad matchup for ismayil,,,,,,
He should be trying to fight other lightheavys........
Rakiem beats him up........
ismiyal vs dawson would be a decent scrapComment

Lol it wasn't that sensational my friend. More of a case of 1 guy running out of gas and the other taking advantage of it.its funny how Rakhim's team cant find a good come-back opponent but is picking on a guy who fights in light heavyweight...next time send an offer to fight Zab Judah at a catch weight..Silakh should stay in his weight division and recover from his loss....

Awful idea, Sillakh got staggered by a guy who was 7-2-1 in his last fight : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc97ml4QGXs&feature=********&t=4m3s
He's got a LOT of rebuilding to do.
Why not? It's not like Wlodarczyk was dominating from the start, he got dropped.
Yeah Kovalev would have probably knocked him out but Sillakh would have checked his chin and body. Most people don't remember but Syllakh was originally supposed to fight Kovalev not Grachev but his cheap former promoter RJJ and Square Ring were offering lint and orange peels instead of money so Grachev was the replacement. Crossroad fight, that actually makes a lot of sense.Last edited by Light_Speed; 08-19-2013, 08:13 AM.Comment
