    Povetkin is Chagaev 2.0

I believe Wladimir Klitschko will face a much tougher orthodox Chagaev. Povetkin has better speed, is more accurate, hits harder and is more athletic. The Huck fight is nothing more than a slip. Povetkin's 2013 version would simply drill Huck.

I really do not understand why some users underrate Povetkin.

However, W.Klitschko's 2013 version also seems to be a lot tougher than the 2009's version.

I still have W.K as the favourite of course but I am asking myself two questions:

1- To what extent will Steward's absence affect the fight?

2- Will W.K be able to handle the pressure taking as a matter of fact that he is fighting in Povetkin's backyard.

Let me read some of your opinions!

Yeah look you might be right but in all honesty, and I could be wrong here, but I just feel that Povetkin, whilst heavy and pressuring and all that doesn't really have great KO power or speed for his size. I don't think Wlad will need to be as worried as he was in the Haye fight for instance.

I think Alex will be a good opponent for Wlad but just like with Chagaev I think it will be a good opponent that Wlad will be able to dominate.

Povetkin is not special, is a easy fight for Klitschko. I want K brothers vs Solis and Haye

Povetkin has some good lateral movements, and I expect him to be in an excellent condition : he has already been training for 6 weeks.

Povetkin is not incredibly strong but he has a very good ring intelligence, is quite fast and throws excellent combos.

I feel W.K will have to be very agressive and fast in this fight. He should go down to the 110-111 kilos.

I will look forward to seeing him come in more cut as you say. Not that it truly matters a little chub but he has always been a soft pancake Povetkin.

Yeah I agree he is good opponent don't get me wrong. I sorta agree with the comparison with Chagaev. Chag showed enormous chin against Wlad that was most memorable lol.

The most threatening fight that could be made for Wlad today, the only truly dangerous one imo is a David Haye rematch!

He did but I think the Chagaev that Povetkin fought was a little more done than the version Wladimir had.

Povetkin isn't that good. Wlad's going to whoop his ass, and it's about time.

Povetkin is definitely a better fighter than Chagaev. I think he'll be in shape of his life and he'll have all the motivation fighting against Wlad in front of his audience..

It might be Wlad's toughest fight since first Peter fight.

I'm really looking forward for this one.
