Even though Nathan Cleverly lost, we should be proud of him because...

...unlike Calzaghe, Cleverly actually challenged and fought a legit threat in the prime of his career. Nathan could have easily defended his title 20+ times against complete bums.

You will come back stronger, Nathan. Keep your head up

Yep. Props to Nathan for showing confidence and the willingness to test himself instead of waiting to 34 years of age to step up .

      Cleverly gets props from me.
I equate this to JC Jr. and Arum.
cleverly wanted this fight even though he knew the clear and present danger

I will not go that far and say that Nathan has given Wales it's stature back because Calzaghe had been harming it for so many years BUT it's atleast a step in the right direction.

Absolutely. A true champion takes on the best, and if he loses, he comes back.

Cleverly can come back from this. He knows he made a mistake - no fix it and move on.

Yeah, but I'd rather get murdered than be Calzaghe.

                You?

Proud of him for being a paper champ and getting blasted out by a real world fighter?

Calzaghe fought Kessler/Lacy at their peaks. Kessler I rate highly, he's past his peak now.
