that doesn't make a lot of sense if they're trying to get Chinese public interested

I don't think it will do good. I'm not buying a PPV where Pacquiao might not even be himself anymore lol

Pac still has a fanbase, the real danger is the Broner PPV flopping (although expectations and payouts will be low) and especially Marquez v Bradley which might do something like 200k with big payouts to the two fighters.

There's a 12 hour difference Beween Macau and EST.... so the main event should start at 12

I think top rank know this, that is why this fight is outside of the us

if the fight does 500k buys, it will be about right, they seriously do have the potential to do around 1-2m ppv buys in china, remember the population is huge, the fight is on the morning and will be on their tecs to make it easy for them

I expect the same 60-70m revenue made as it would do in the us

pac will earn his minimum guarantee of 22m or so, either way he is fine in this fight

people need to be looking at the china ppv buys, if it is a success, this event could be huge

Too many factors as to why this fight will sell under the expected numbers a Pacquiao fight usually does, but you also have to remember that this is a fight between two guys who both lost their last fight..

Are you saying it will start at 12am in China and 12pm in the US?

It will do big revenue,,,, it might not be the biggest american ppv, but globally it will do good numbers and be highly profitable for all involved...
