Seems like Arum's suggestion made more sense, but to Floyd it's USADA or nothing. That takes us back to where we started. Maybe Pac would have been happy to test with no cutoff with the testers on his payroll, like Floyd insists on.

No there was a call for random blood and urine testing but not at any time did Team Mayweather say that Pac HAS to use the USADA organization.

And even if he did say that (he didnt) Uncle Bob said he was fine with that
