When you put people to sleep then people will know your name regardless of how media friendly you are.

Dude is an exciting fighter who delivers KO's, he will attract attention from casual viewers. Simple as that. Also, he will get a lot of exposure if he beats Danny on the co-feature to Floyd-Canelo which will be watched by many casuals.

Matthysse is proof you don't need to act like a damn fool on social media or in public to get recognition. He is the type of classic fighter that lets his fists do the talking in the ring.

That's one thing to love about Matthysse, that he isn't out there like that, he isn't telling us that he's major, he's proving it in the ring. That said I don't knock anyone who market themselves in any way, but I can respect the Matthysse/ Cotto route.

He was a guy with a supremely high KO ratio in Argentina. He's never been past 10 before the Judah fight. The promoters figured they'd give Judah a nice, stay busy fight, and figured Lucas would be a good win on his resume, and propell him to get a bigger fight in his next outing.

Lucas not only surprises, but makes a name for himself. Then the same thing happens with the Alexander fight.

              The rest is history.

Truthfully by piggy backing off of Garcia's heel heat had Garcia not have been around, would his win over the roidless version of Peterson still be touted so highly, the same guy who got dropped twice and needed all type of ****ery to simply squeak by the lowly Khan.........................

Actions, merit and bludgeoning people unconscience speaks louder than hollow words and behaving like a clown.
