I'd say Whitaker because he fought prime fighters If Floyd barley beat an Old Promoter part time boxer who didn't even like to train named Delahoya and Whitaker was Old and fought a young Delahoya who Whitaker actually beat much easier than Floyd did, but wasn't given the decision that should answer your question.

Sweet Pea- for the simple fact that he fought, and whipped imo, an undefeated number 1 P4P JC Chavez. Floyd would have never fought an opponent like that- still doesn't. Floyd is a fan boy boy phenomenon who has managed to avoid way too many fights- not to mention the retirement, the cheating JMM on the scales, and the draining of a green 23 year old Canelo...
