Will Pemberton v. Manfredo tells us anything about Lacy v. Calzaghe?

If the still green Peter Manfredo is able to outclass Scotty Pemberton then will this make any of the diehard Lacy fans question their boy Left Hook a bit?

Does the Manfredo/Pemberton result have any relevance concerning the March Super Fight?

I personally think Pemberton is going to beat Manfredo based on what I have seen from both guys and even if he beats or gives Pemberton a good fight I don't think it would say too much about lacy because Lacy yess took a few shots from Pemberton but clearly overpowered him and blew him straight outta there when it counted........Manfredo has been fighting under pressure alot the past year or so and on TV and in what were big fights to him so I don't think he is all that Green unless you simply count the fact that he has never fought anyone who was for real but he has been in the spotlight which is part of the battle.

I think the only reason that Lacy took good shots from Pemberton is because he figured out he could walk through them and he could just go for the KO. Thats kind of forgotten by boxing fans with young fighters. Just because they get his in certain fights doesn't mean they will get hit when they go up in class. Its smart to adjust once you figure out a guy can;'t hurt you.

I dont think Lacy WANTED toget hit by Scottie or allowed it... if Scottie can do nothing else he can PUNCH. Lacy is no defensive wizard, you know. He is going ot get hit regardless. If anything... His strength and presense allows for guys to maybe not get set and unload with full power that they normally might have.

lacy/calzaghe's hardly a 'superfight' when all it is is a welsh farmer fighting a guy thats never had a proper fight

              the welsh farmer will win

If you have followed the Super Middleweight division at all you will no that Lacy v. Calzaghe is that divisions Superifght (it is the best fight on paper since Benn v. McClellan).

Now quit arguing with me and PM a question about my ****-trust me its as advertised you dip****!

Hey Ice I read the interview you did with James Alden & it was good!!! The excerpts you drop us are real & they hit home to help us appreciate what professional fighters go through leading up to a fight.
