Pacman could have been a 4 division champ...

But he does not care about the belts. He only wants the best fighters.

I am kinda sad that he did not capture the featherweight crown from jmm and he did not get the chance to fight barrera for the wbc crown.

He would have not only been the greatest pinoy boxer but one of the few fighters to be a 4 division champ.

Goes to show you belt's don't make the champion fights do, and who you beat for the belt.

Barrera skips a mandated opponent so that belt will probally be stripped.

After PAC's done ripping them apart. No one will contest he was the hardest hitting featherweight ever and the greatest 126-130 guy.

I think Pacquiao's a true inspiration for that reason. In this era, belts aren't as important as they used to be. If they were, you wouldn't see them being vacated on a regular basis. Guys like Manny who go after the most challenging fights, and the bouts the fans want to see, are few and far between- Pacquiao, Morales, Castillo, Corrales, Toney, Lacy, Calzaghe, and the Cruiserweights are to be commended.

I don't consider him an 8 division champ since he's never actually fought at light middleweight. He has fought too many catchweights. And hatton had the ibo belt, hardly an important belt

You have a point. Technically he was the champ, but fighting Margarito for a vacant belt was kind of lame, and I'm a big Pac fan.
