    Alvarez isn't a 1 punch KO hitter
even if he landed his best shot flush, it wouldn't stop Floyd
he might be able to hurt him, but he wouldn't blow through him
not expecting any such a shot to land in that fight anyway
Alvarez would do better throwing his power shots to the body
seeing how Floyd could take those shots is more intriguing

Part of trouts knockdown was he slipped pulling back. He was so "hurt" the next round was his best of the fight.

I doubt the Ginger will hit Cherrypicker with anything significant. And even if the Ginger does land, Cherrypicker will be able to take it... its not like the Ginger is a murderous puncher.

Don't have to be a murderous puncher , just got to land the perfect punch as JMM showed and that's down to timing .

If Canelo lands his best punches I think he is quite capable of scoring a ko.Maybe not with one blow but he could hurt him and follow up with his fast accurate combinations. Canelo has the killer instinct and he is a good finisher. He knocked Baldomir out cold with one left hook and nobody had ever even floored Baldomir before that.I think Mosley was just wrong when he said Canelo and Floyd have the same punching power. I believe Lopez when he said Canelo hits much harder and faster than Ortiz. Floyd does have good punching power and he could KO Canelo as well in my opinion but it would take him lots of punches to do it.

well pac dropped mosley and canelo fought an older mosley and had a harder time with him. so he hasn't got as much power as pac imo but obviously the power is there. but i feel floyd also has the power to hurt canelo because canelo has been rocked numerous times.

It'd be funny if Floyd were able to KO Canelo, but i highly doubt it can happen. I probably have a better chance at winning the Powerball than Floyd knocking anyone out at this stage in his career.

If Canelo lands three of his best body punches, and I think there is a good chance of this. I think that Floyd will either go down or run the rest of the fight. However, I don't think that Floyd can be effective enough throwing isolated punches to win a decision against Canelo, and run. Canelo is too good for that.

Forget Floyd knocking out Canelo. I think there is very little chance of that. There is much better chance of a Canelo tko.
