Would you rather see Floyd vs. Matthysse? Or Floyd vs. Pacquiao?

man, people have moved on but the moment that fight gets signed, this forum would crash

I don't get why people say they need to see Lucas or Danny at 147lb before they fight Floyd. For 1 the jump from 140 to 147 is one of least difficult in boxing. For 2, Lucas and Danny may be fighting at 140 but they would not be smaller than Floyd at 147lb and they both would most likely carry power up 7 pounds. I can understand if Floyd was a full blown welter like Berto or Thurman, but Floyd could probably still make 140 (no real reason to though) the same way Judah does.

pac, for the sake of the sport. even now it would still be a huge lift for boxing. there really isnt anyone in particular im especially excited to see floyd fight atm, nobody is at his level imo, you would have to put him at a weight he isnt comfortable to give him a real challenge and thats not the way i want it. i always want both fighters at their best.

don't know how anyone can NOT want to watch Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. Doesn't matter that it didn't happen before...its the one fight everyone wants to see still.

Plus Pacquiao will be coming off a win over Rios and Mayweahter over Canelo..

Matthysse will be coming off a Garcia loss.

This is a good poll and it shows that there is still a big interest in
Mayweather vs Pac. It's a shame Pac isn't as much of a threat any more
but that's why Floyd won't mind fighting him now."peeleft:

If I want to see Manny get outboxed and knocked out I'll watch the last 2 Marquez fights.

Mayweather vs Lucas should be next

By getting outpunched and outworked? So did Floyd whoop De La Hoya based on the punch stats?

Y'all say Pac ain't a threat just because he got KO'd, y'all some fickle mofos, he still has the speed, agility and endurance to trouble Floyd.

No I always said Manny would lose handily. Has nothing to do with the recent Marquez fights

Im a big Matthysse fan but i would just like one fight at 147lbs just to see how he reacts to the weight gain and so also make the fight seem more competitive for hype purposes.

If Manny looks good against Rios then thats the fight i'd be hyped for again. Doesnt mean the old manny's back but **** it some fights are just about the names and storylines involved. See Tyson vs. Lewis
