cbs/showtime Time warner cable ?

quick question i live in central new york I have twc and showtime is off my cable box but still have cbs "ch. 5" If a deal isn't reached will i still be able to purchase the mayweather ppv even if it's a showtime card??? Answers please cause what i'm reading i get mixed answers.

The reason you have CBS is because that is an affiliate station, it is not owned by CBS. They have removed CBS in the markets they own, NYC, LA and Dallas...

That will all change once Football starts. Do you really think Time Warner is gonna go without the NFL or SEC football? CBS is trying to flex their muscle because the numbers back up their argument. Time Warner is ****ed when you think about it because fans in this country can't go without their NFL. And as long as CBS has the NFL rights they can afford to play hardball. They can live off of their cut of a 9 billion dollar a year TV contract with or without Time Warner.
