Broner-Madiana-WBA title fight both have fought at ww and the fight is at ww both coming off of solid wins

Manny-Rios-both coming off of loses-Rios has 0 fights at 147 and was 1-1 at 140 and the WBO is making up some title for this fight

Pac-Rios is an action fight, but only viable due to Pac being shot
a couple yrs ago that fight woulda been laughed off
Broner nor Maidana are really PPV headlining material
Maidana doesn't look so great at WW, and frankly, neither did Broner
